Our Doctors

​​​​​Dr. Bradley Mundy is originally from Granger, Indiana. He completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. In 2008, Dr. Mundy earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the well-respected Indiana University School of Optometry. He served his externships at the Muncie Eye Center, Atwater Eye Care Center, Indianapolis Eye Care Center, IU Eye at Carmel, and Michiana Eye Center. He was an associate instructor for select courses during his years in optometry school. He enjoys working in the areas of ocular disease management, primary care optometry, pre and post-operative care, pediatric optometry, and specialty contact lenses. Dr. Mundy volunteers for vision screenings in the community and enjoys speaking locally about various ocular health topics.

Dr. Mundy joined Smoke Vision Care as an associate optometrist in 2011. He purchased the practice from Drs. Steven and Brenda Smoke in April 2021. Dr. Mundy plans to continue to emphasize high-quality eye care in the local private practice setting that the Smokes established over 30 years. His personal interests include spending time with family and friends, hiking, fishing, traveling, and coaching his son’s baseball team.

​​​​​Dr. Adam Urbanski was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana.  He completed his undergraduate education at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL where he graduated with highest honors.  His Doctorate of Optometry was earned at the well-regarded Indiana University School of Optometry in Bloomington, IN.  He finished his external training at the Perry Point (Maryland) Veterans Administration Medical Center, Indianapolis Eye Care Center, and Charlotte (North Carolina) Eye, Ear, Nose & Throat Associates.  

While in optometry school Dr. Adam worked as an associate instructor in Clinical Sciences and also served as a para-optometric technician with Smoke Vision Care during the summer. He returned to the practice as a full-time associate doctor in 2016 and loves practicing primary-care optometry in the private practice setting.  In his free time, Dr. Adam enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and playing golf. He and his wife like finding seasonal outfits for their dog, an Italian Greyhound named Ruby.
