Estimation of Coverage

We do our best to predetermine what your benefits will be. We will try to contact your insurance company to verify and determine your coverage amounts but, the exact amount of your coverage is sometimes very difficult to obtain. Insurance companies will not guarantee that the information that we obtain over the phone from a representative is correct. At the time of your visit we will provide you with a good faith estimate of what you can expect your costs to include. Having a written copy of your plan is one of the best ways to verify what you can expect. Providing us with accurate information about your plans, preferably prior to your visit will also help with this.
