At Smoke Vision Care we understand insurance benefits can be confusing. Due to providing both vision and medical care for eyes, we are providers for most major medical and vision plans.

We recognize that your choice of eye care provider may be influenced by your insurance coverage. Rest assured, regardless of your plan, we are committed to recommending the best care for you and your family. Even if we are not listed as in-network providers, many plans offer out-of-network benefits that you can utilize. Additionally, we understand that some services or products may not be covered by insurance, and we will work diligently to help you understand and maximize your benefits. If needed, we can assist you in filing insurance claims or guide reimbursement paperwork.

While we strive to predetermine your benefits, please understand that obtaining exact coverage amounts can sometimes be challenging. Insurance companies do not always guarantee the accuracy of information provided over the phone. However, we will provide you with a good-faith estimate of your expected costs at the time of your visit.
